Sam Cianchino
Lead Pastor
Sam Cianchino grew up in a typical Italian home in Montreal, he was surrounded by bad influences growing up which eventually led to a life of crime and drug abuse. One day, the love and saving grace of Jesus Christ took a hold of his life and completely transformed it. Today, Pastor Sam is married to Alicia and they have two beautiful girls. Together with his wife Alicia, they serve at Montreal Crossroads Christian Church.
As Pastor, Sam has a passion for the people and for preaching the Word of God, he loves to see the wonderful transformations through the saving grace and power of Jesus Christ. In 2000, Pastor Sam and Nick Federici started the Second Chance Café in Montreal. Today the café serves the of Montreal community with free coffee and food, Bible studies and so much more. Through the ups and downs, he matured as a believer, Pastor Sam had his start as a Youth Pastor in 2005, from that point his passion for the Gospel and the calling to shepherd was formed. From 2011-2014 he ministered under Pastor Dino Cianflone; those years granted Pastor Sam to gain valuable knowledge and skills needed to pioneer and lead Crossroads Church today.
Montreal Crossroads Christian Church (M.C.C.C.) is a new church that was created in April of 2014. The church began as a vision given to the pastor and other families. From humble beginnings, the church is growing rapidly and real miracles and transformations are taking place. Crossroads Church is a Bible-centered, Holy Spirit-driven, and family-loving church! With different services scheduled throughout the week, you are sure to find something geared for all ages. The leadership and members invite you to come and see who Jesus is and what Montreal Crossroads Christian Church is all about!

Jesse Reginelli
Assistant Pastor
Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Jesse is anchored in the Christian faith. He teaches adult education at Montreal Crossroads with his family that are also active members in various church activities. With 20 years of experience in the Christian faith, Jesse was involved in a wide spectrum of church responsibilities and various positions such as finance & administration, technology, teaching, mentoring, involvement with outreach events, ushering and security.
Jesse’s educational background and professional accomplishments and experience in both business management and technology has contributed to the success in the administration of the daily church operations and the ongoing building management activities.
His profound knowledge of the Word of God has contributed in the spiritual growth and helped anchor Christian Biblical doctrine from his teachings for the members at Montreal Crossroads Church. Jesse’s conversion to Christianity was a sudden awakening and a life changing event and his testimony has helped and touched others. “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)
Thanking Jesus, our Lord, and savior for being part of the church family and living a life with a purpose, and overcoming adversities with God’s direction, his abundance, and loving grace.
Tony Martorella
Adult Education
Born in Canada, into a Christian family, Tony grew up in Italy. Having been exposed to church since his youth, he accepted the Lord in his early teen years and went on to pursue schooling at a high level.
Having drifted from church, the Lord, by His grace and mercy brought Tony back into His fold where He then blessed him with a wonderful wife, three amazing kids, and a great teaching ministry which he currently humbly exercises at Montreal Crossroads Christian Church. His desire is that all may come to the saving knowledge and grace of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Alex Argandoña
Youth Leader
Alexis Argandoña is a devoted Youth Pastor who joined the Crossroad church family with his girlfriend Cynthia during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic knowing the church needed help with the Youth. He automatically jumped on the opportunity to become Crossroad church Youth Pastor. Serving the Lord, worshiping God, teaching the Gospel and leading the Youth has always been important priorities for him. Alexis’s main goal is to help the Youth group grow in faith, respect one another and guide them into the right path, no matter how challenging their lives can be. “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. – 1 Peter 4:10”
Born in Montreal, Alexis was raised in a Chilean Christian family where he was first introduced to Jesus Christ our saviour. Being part of a Latino Christian Church and community, Alexis believed his youth group needed some help and decided to challenge himself by becoming a Youth Pastor himself. Going through many situations and challenges, He managed to create a passion for it and never stopped since then. His love and passion to serve Jesus Christ never stopped growing, and it only grew bigger and bigger.
